Mental Wellness Assessment: Check Your Well-being
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Our comprehensive mental wellness assessment is designed to help you gain insight into your emotional and psychological well-being.
How to Complete Your Mental Health Assessment
Take our quick and confidential mental health assessment to receive instant feedback and personalized recommendations for your well-being.This is the first step where you reach out to us, either on your own initiative or
based on a referral from your clinician or institution. We’ll collect some basic
information to understand your needs and determine how we can best assist you.
We shall schedule a clarity call to discuss the procedure in detail and address your
concerns and questions too. This call helps us understand the specific issues you
are facing and what you hope to achieve through the assessment.
During the intake session, our clinician will gather detailed information about your
situation. By the end of this session, they will recommend the necessary assessments
to address the referral question and provide you with the total cost.
Following the intake session, we will schedule your assessment testing sessions,
preferably in the morning to ensure optimal performance. We recommend a good night’s
sleep and a nutritious breakfast before testing. Once testing is complete, you will
receive your report within 2 working days.
When the report is ready, a 30-minute feedback session where the psychologist will
go through the assessment findings and recommendations step-by-step. For children
and adolescents, we recommend only parents attend the feedback session
We ensure the assessment process is useful and that you can integrate the
recommendations into everyday life. We offer ongoing support to discuss further
questions and help you find the right support. Additionally, we provide school
consultation and support if adaptations to the school environment are suggested.
