Our Cancellation Policy.

you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you
provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or
reschedule.
2. Notice Period
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before
your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the
appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
3. Cancellation Fee
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24
hours’ notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to
50% of the session cost.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to notify
us, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will incur a fee
equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
5. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule appointments with
less than 24 hours’ notice may be asked to prepay for future
sessions or may have their booking privileges reviewed.
6. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses can happen.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be
shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment starts on time.
The full session fee will still apply.
10. Prepaid Sessions
If you have prepaid for your sessions and cancel with appropriate
notice, your payment will be applied to your rescheduled
appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the
cancellation fee will be deducted from your prepaid amount.
11. Group Sessions and Workshops
For group sessions and workshops, cancellations must be made at
least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will
result in forfeiture of the session fee.
